RESERVATIONS
RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
For your reservation we need your exact personal information, and deposit equivalent to 30% of your total stay. This deposit is collected immediately upon confirmation of the reservation and it will be refunded or balanced at the final account.
In the event that we fail to collect the required copy of your deposit with fax or e-mail, then the requested accommodation will not be secured and the hotel will not be held responsible.If the reservation is cancelled 7 days or more, prior to the arrival date, then the deposit will be refunded. If the reservation is not cancelled at least 7 days prior to the arrival date, then the deposit will be forfeited.
In case of no show then the deposit will be fortified.
NECESSARY PERSONAL INFORMATION
LAST NAME, FIRST NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, E-MAIL, NUMBER OF PERSONS FOR STAYING, ARRIVAL DATE, DEPARTURE DATE.After sending your information we will contact with you for confirmation and we will send you back our banking account for your deposit.
At last after sending a copy of your deposit you will receive the final reservation with the number of your Villa and the dates for staying.
